License
When you buy a product you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one company (including all of its own locations, sites, and crews) to download, edit, print, and use the files for its internal safety program.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the files (edited or unedited), include them in a product for sale, or use them for other companies or clients. Consultants: email safetyinnovationsplus@gmail.com about a multi-client license.
Digital delivery and refunds
Products are delivered as instant downloads. Nothing physical is shipped. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and returns aren't accepted. If a file is defective or won't open, contact us and we'll help or replace it.
No legal advice; no guarantee of compliance
Products are templates for general information. They are not legal advice and are not approved or endorsed by OSHA or any government agency. You are responsible for customizing them to your workplace, verifying requirements against the current 29 CFR and any State Plan rules, and for your own compliance.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it.

Checkout is handled by our payment provider (Payhip). Their terms and privacy policy also apply to your purchase.
