How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you get an instant download link for a ZIP file. Nothing physical is shipped.
What file formats are included?
Editable Microsoft Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx) files. Several products also include print-ready PDFs. Each product page lists exactly what's in the ZIP.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes. That's the point. Fill-in fields are highlighted in yellow so you can find every blank. The files also open in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice, though some formatting may shift slightly.
Will these make my company compliant?
No template can guarantee compliance. These are starting points that you must customize to your workplace, and your employer remains responsible for compliance. They are not approved or endorsed by OSHA.
Is this legal advice?
No. Our products and this website are not legal advice. Verify requirements against the current 29 CFR and, where needed, consult a qualified professional or attorney.
Do they cover my state's rules?
They're written to federal OSHA standards. If you're in a State Plan state (for example CA, WA, OR, MI, or MN), check your state's rules too; they may differ or require more.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final and returns aren't accepted. If a file won't open or something's wrong, email us and we'll make it right.
How many people or locations can use it?
The license covers one company, including all of its own locations, sites, and crews. You can't resell or share the files with other companies.
I'm a consultant. Can I use these with clients?
The standard license doesn't cover multi-client use. Email us about a multi-client license.
Do I get updates?
Updates aren't included with the purchase. If a rule changes, sign up for email notices and we'll let you know about new or revised templates.
